Johnson & Strachan Buys Virginia Agency

Johnson & Strachan Inc., a commercial and personal insurance agency, announced Tuesday it acquired Progressive Management Associates, an independent insurance agency specializing in employee benefits. Under terms of the acquisition, PMA owner Carlos Ortega will join Johnson & Strachan in its offices in Fairfax, Va., Johnson & Strachan said in a press release.
