Attorneys Who Won Fee-Limit Ruling Rebuked for Making Same Argument

Just a month after winning an appellate court ruling that Florida's fee limits on claimant attorneys are unconstitutional, attorneys Micheal Winer and Geoff Bichler earned a rebuke from the same court for making the same argument.
