Attorneys Who Won Fee-Limit Ruling Rebuked for Making Same Argument

Just a month after winning an appellate court ruling that Florida's fee limits on claimant attorneys are unconstitutional, attorneys Micheal Winer and Geoff Bichler earned a rebuke from the same court for making the same argument. What upset the 1st District Court of Appeals was the fact that Winer and Bichler raised the constitutional argument in an appeal of a cost order that had been entered against John O'Conner, instead of challenging the costs that O'Conner had been ordered to pay.
