WCAB Panel Overturns IMR Decision With 'Plainly Erroneous Finding of Fact'

A Workers' Compensation Appeals Board panel earlier this month set aside an Independent Medical Review decision as having been based on a "plainly erroneous finding of fact." The case was Gonzalez-Ornelas v. County of Riverside, Nos. ADJ227596 and ADJ 3720208.
