Seven people are due in court Tuesday over a multi-million dollar workers’ compensation fraud scheme led by a Southern California chiropractor who allegedly practiced law and medicine without a license, controlled a vast web of health clinics, law firms and joint bank accounts, and called himself “The Godfather,” the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office announced.
