1st DCA Publishes Failure to Accommodate Opinion

An appellate court granted published status to a decision affirming a $200,000 Fair Employment and Housing Act award for an employer's failure to accommodate.The 1st District Court of Appeal granted the Legal Aid Society Employment Law Center's request to publish most of its opinion in A.M. v. Albertsons, No. A122307. The court published all of its opinion, with the exception of one subsection.
