Court Publishes Decision Limiting Challenges to Use of AMA Guides

A decision by the Commonwealth Court last week to publish a ruling it had issued in September greatly restricts the number of claimants who can challenge their disability ratings under a separate decision that found the state's automatic adoption of the latest edition of the American Medical Association Guides unconstitutional.
