Judge Dismisses Chicago Suit against 4 Opioid Makers, Purdue Faces narrowed Claims

A U.S. District Court judge dealt a victory last week to major producers of opioids commonly prescribed to injured workers when it dismissed the city of Chicago’s claims against four of the five corporate entities named as defendants in a lawsuit.
