Cincinnati Man Pleads Guilty to Fraud for Moonlighting For 5 Years

A Cincinnati man has been ordered to pay $97,000 after pleading guilty to workers’ compensation fraud for moonlighting while collecting disability benefits for five years, according to the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. The BWC’s special investigation’s division learned about Bruce Wilcox after the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services data indicated he was earning wages while collecting disability benefits.
