A doctor, physician’s assistant and owners of a Broward County medical clinic were indicted for illegal dispensing and distribution of oxycodone, among other charges, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida announced.The 20-count indictment filed July 2 charges seven defendants with various crimes, including conspiracy to distribute, dispense and possess controlled substances, maintaining a drug-involved premises and money laundering.
