DWC Makes Technical Changes to Proposed WCIS Regulations

The California Division of Workers' Compensation has revised proposed Workers' Compensation Information System regulations and reopened the public comment period after receiving comments during a July 14 public hearing. The DWC said it incorporated "primarily technical changes" to the proposed rules and has extended the public comment period until 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19.
