Tampa, FL - ProCare, Inc., one of the largest and most respected independently owned transportation and language services companies announced that it has acquired AccessOnTime, formerly a Falck company. AccessOnTime founded in 1998 and headquartered in Lake Mary, Florida remains a wholly-owned subsidiary of ProCare and will operate as a separate entity under its current name. Clients are still able to contact either company for their referral needs.

Founded in 2007, ProCare has realized tremendous growth and expansion of its base and services under the leadership of its CEO, Cortland Reilly. "This consolidation represents the two largest sole providers of transportation and language services focused in the workers' compensation industry. Even during these unprecedented times, ProCare continues to successfully execute our growth strategy." said Reilly.
