New Position Created As HOMELINK Continues Growth Through Focus On Customer Experience
Waterloo, IA - HOMELINK has announced the promotion of Cole Herstam to Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Cole joined HOMELINK in 2016, and has been serving as Vice President of Field Operations. Since joining the company, Cole has played a vital role in the company's growth by enhancing provider networks, developing solutions, and focusing on customer needs.

As the SVP of Strategic Initiatives, Cole is tasked with using his experience with the HME, ancillary healthcare, group health, and workers' compensation industries to support the continuing development of new solutions, discovering new business opportunities, and acting as a liaison between the industry at large, HOMELINK's clients, and HOMELINK.
Cole's promotion comes as both group health and workers' compensation industries are focusing more on "human-centric" solutions. This move is just one more way HOMELINK is setting its sights on humanizing, simplifying, and raising the bar across all the industries it serves.
