The session will begin at 2:45 p.m. and will review best practices for a successful return-to-work program and outline how advocacy helps an injured worker heal and return to work faster. This session will outline the tools for success for the best advocacy outcomes. Panel participants will also review challenges faced with a return to work such as unavailable onsite options, geographically dispersed employees, employees with a highly specialized skill set, a mobile workforce, or physically demanding work.
