Jacksonville, FL – Bethany Howe, a seasoned workers' compensation client-focused professional with over 16 years of industry expertise, has been named Vice President, Client Services with PhysNet. In her new capacity, Bethany will lead PhysNet's account and client services team, providing oversight to a program already known for customer service excellence.
Founded in 2005, PhysNet is a rapidly growing national managed physical medicine network marked by outstanding service, clinical focus, and cutting-edge technology. PhysNet has innovated service delivery,
provider utilization, customer service, earlier clinical intervention, and customized solutions for workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, government entities, and employers for almost 20 years.
"Workers' compensation payors are demanding fresh alternatives to traditional physical medicine vendors and are continuously looking to PhysNet to understand their needs and collaborate on a best-in-class offering to foster change and better outcomes for the benefits of all stakeholders and ultimately the injured worker. With our investments in people, providers, technology, and various clinical tools, we have been very successful at reinvigorating and improving legacy programs, leading to improved service, outcomes and reduced costs," said Pat McCutcheon, PhysNet's Chief Commercial Officer.
With a stellar record of customer service and deep expertise in physical medicine, Howe brings the blend of skillset, knowledge, and customer-first focus necessary to meet the needs of PhysNet's rapidly expanding business. Prior to joining PhysNet, Howe spent two years at Prime Health Services as a Senior Client Services Executive, and before that was Vice President, Business Development at Bardavon Health Innovations. She started her career with Align Networks and OneCall Care Management, where she spent 12 years, most recently as a leader in their Account Management group.
My vast client services management experience in the industry will allow me to help support the vision of PhysNet for their current and future clients in delivering a true concierge national physical medicine offering. I believe customers are no longer looking for a one-size-fits-all physical medicine solution but are seeking partners who will listen to their needs, design and develop customized programs, and who have a track record of flawless execution. It is because of these reasons that I became interested in PhysNet, and I am thrilled to
leverage my expertise and industry knowledge to help further the company's mission and success," said Howe.
"I am thrilled to welcome Bethany to the growing team at PhysNet. She has an exceptional reputation in the industry for bringing knowledge and exacting service to clients. I am confident Bethany will be instrumental to furthering our company's mission and we are fortunate to have someone of her caliber join our ranks," said Julian Alexander, CEO of PhysNet.
