(Sedgwick), alleging myriad disability-related claims under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND .           Sedgwick provides workers’ compensation and disability claims administration and related services to large employers throughout the United States. .           On April 20, 2010, Sedgwick retained engineers to conduct an air quality study, which did not uncover any dangerous air contaminants.
