The Minnesota Supreme Court upheld an award of benefits to a social worker for post-traumatic stress disorder and clarified that comp judges may review the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders criteria when considering the persuasiveness of expert reports, but they can't make their own diagnosis of a claimant’s condition.
