The number of injured workers who depend on opioids has declined 19% in Ohio’s workers’ compensation system, the sixth year in a row that the number has fallen since the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation adopted a formulary.

AK - Governor Reportedly Appoints Labor Rep to Employer Seat on WCB
Alaska Gov. Bill Walker reportedly appointed a labor representative to fill a seat on the Workers’ Compensation Board that is reportedly required by law to be filled by a person representing employers, according to website mustreadalaska.com.
