The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined an Idaho homebuilder $27,600 for failing to protect workers from fall hazards.OSHA cited TKO Inc., which does business as TKO Custom Homes, for three serious and one willful violation uncovered during a November 2013 inspection initiated after a worker was seriously injured in a fall at a construction site.The inspection found that TKO subcontractors did not provide guardrails or other fall protections for workers who were on the upper floors of an apartment complex in Twin Falls.
