Boat Manufacturer Fined $44,000 for Exposing Workers to Dust Particulates

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined a Georgia boat manufacturer $44,000 this week for exposing its workers to dust particulates. Dust particulate levels at Chaparral Boats in Nashville clocked in above the permissible exposure limit. Despite this, workers didn't receive medical exams.
