The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries announced that a contractor accused of running his own construction company while receiving workers’ compensation benefits was ordered to pay $127,000 in restitution after pleading guilty to theft.
Daniel J. Lesieur, 54, was also sentenced to 30 days of electronic home monitoring Feb. 10.
