A Thomson plastics factory has been cited for putting its workers at risk of amputation and other dangers, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced on Monday.
OSHA has proposed $54,000 in penalties for Thomson Plastics Inc. after it was cited for one repeated violation of not conducting annual inspections of its energy control program, and two serious violations.
