Auto Shop Worker Charged with Workers' Compensation Fraud

An auto body and paint shop worker in Fontana has been arrested for allegedly filing a false workers’ compensation claim, according to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office. Jamie Gallardo was charged earlier this month with workers’ comp fraud over an injury he allegedly sustained while working for California Coach & Body in the City of Walnut in April 2014.
