Settlements Must Be Filed Electronically Starting Tuesday

The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims is reminding stakeholders that all settlement agreements, filed on Form 110, must be submitted electronically, starting Tuesday.

The department's litigation management system should be utilized for the submissions, and the DWC will no longer accept paper agreements, the department said in a bulletin this week.
