The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $74,900 in penalties against a movie producer whose neglect allegedly led to the death of a camera assistant who was hit by a train during filming on a railroad trestle in southern Georgia.
Sarah Jones, 27, was killed and eight other workers were injured while trying to escape the oncoming freight train during the filming of a scene on Feb. 20 for the movie "Midnight Rider," a biopic based on the life of musician Gregg Allman.
