No Writ Relief for Worker Who Failed to Pursue Administrative Appeal

An Ohio appellate court ruled that a worker who failed to appeal from an administrative decision refusing to expand his comp claim to include additional conditions could not then ask the Industrial Commission to exercise its continuing jurisdiction over his claim to address an alleged deficiency in the proceedings related to his request to add the additional conditions to his claim.
