New Jersey’s workers’ compensation agency is moving to adopt rules to implement last year’s electronic billing law.
Assembly Bill 3401, which Gov. Chris Christie signed last year after it passed both chambers unanimously, requires physicians to submit their workers’ compensation bills electronically. It also requires medical bills to be paid within 60 days.
