A Pennsylvania appellate court denied a carrier's bid to modify the permanent total disability status of an injured worker because it failed to prove that work existed that met the claimant's restrictions. The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania reinstated a workers' compensation judge's ruling, which had denied a carrier's request to reduce the claimant's permanent total disability status to a permanent partial disability rating of 28%.
