California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund is appealing a federal court’s decision to dismiss its civil Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act complaint against its former in-house attorney accused of conspiring with the owner of the Accident Help Line clinics and one of its alleged suppliers.
