A Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court judge has approved plans by the state Department of Labor and Training to pursue a $150,000 fine against a tree service owner in connection with a 2008 injury to a Mexican immigrant.The Providence Journal reported that Judge Janette A. Bertness last Friday granted the state agency's petition to collect a fine plus interest imposed on William J.
