Bermuda-based Enstar Group reported second-quarter net earnings of $19.2 million, compared to $40.7 million for the same period last year.The combined net premiums earned for both nonlife runoff and life and annuities were $75.6 million in the second quarter, compared to $900,000 in the same period last year.
