CAJPA Conference Sept. 12-15 in South Lake Tahoe

The California Association of Joint Powers Authorities is holding its 2023 fall conference Sept. 12-15 in South Lake Tahoe. The conference agenda lists sessions covering steps for successfully handling claims involving injuries that are presumed to arise out of employment, and steps employers can take to reduce workers’ compensation costs. The conference will also feature a case law update as well as a discussion about litigation trends. The conference is Sept. 12-15 at Harrah’s Harveys Lake Tahoe Resort in South Lake Tahoe.
