Labor Department Publishes Formulary Rules in Register

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry has published in the state's administrative register the adopted rules for the upcoming formulary. The formulary goes into effect Jan. 1, but won't apply to new claims until April 1. Claims filed before April 1 will be designated "legacy claims" and will not fall under the formulary until April 1, 2020. Montana is using the Official Disability Guidelines formulary.
