Oregon’s Division of Financial Regulation is proposing changes that would ease reporting requirements in its Workers’ Compensation Statistical Plan. Proposed rules would eliminate the requirement that carriers’ rate filings be accompanied by a transmittal letter in a specified format. Instead, carriers would be allowed to file the transmittal letter in any format so long as it contains required information.
