The state Office of the Inspector General has alleged that a claims service specialist with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation improperly accessed claimants’ files for an attorney with whom she had a personal relationship.
Lina Dumbaugh, who works in the agency’s Mansfield office, improperly accessed injured workers’ confidential personal information on 749 occasions between May 1, 2015, and Feb. 27, 2016, a report states.
