Receptionist Pleads Not Guilty to Comp Fraud, Falsification Charges

A receptionist with Allen Metropolitan Housing Authority, already charged with obstruction, has pleaded not guilty to related charges of workers' compensation fraud and falsification involving a claim filed with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the Lima News reported on Wednesday.The newspaper said Cheryl Lawson, 49, of Lima, entered a plea of not guilty on Tuesday in Lima Municipal Court.
