Proponents Confident 4th Time Will Be the Charm for Intoxication Bill

Armed with the backing of the governor, labor representatives, public opinion and a bipartisan group of legislators, proponents of a bill that would reduce benefits for workers injured while intoxicated are hopeful that the Legislature will pass the measure this session after failing to three times before.
