The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed $184,800 in fines for a Tulsa crude oil refinery that allegedly exposed workers to hot surfaces, fall hazards and electrical shocks.
OSHA cited Holly Refining and Marketing for five repeat and three serious violations, according to a Tuesday press release from the administration. The company was cited for hot surface, fall hazard and shock exposures in 2009 as well.
