Companies that install employee-focused claims models and use analytics to improve claims efficiency are more likely to rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic than organizations that neglect those methods, according to a new study on workers’ compensation industry trends.
The annual Workers’ Compensation Benchmarking Study, released Wednesday by cost-containment and case-management company Rising Medical Solutions, also found that corporations offering bonus pay or profit-sharing opportunities are more likely to attract the top claims professionals in the industry.
