The Oregon Insurance Division on Thursday announced that it will no longer expedite review of carrier filings to ensure compliance with the Terrorist Risk Insurance Act.
After President Obama on Jan. 12 signed into law a six-year reauthorization of TRIA, the Insurance Division announced that it would expedite its review of definitions, terms and conditions for terrorism coverage in property and casualty policies, including workers' compensation plans.
