Grand Jury Indicts 3 Employers for Lacking Comp Coverage

The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission announced Wednesday that a Cook County grand jury has returned "Class 4" felony indictments against three employers for allegedly failing to obtain workers' compensation insurance.Class 4 felony penalties are one to three years in the penitentiary, fines up to $25,000 or both.
