A New York appellate court issued dual rulings in a Labor Law dispute reviving a comparative negligence defense and granting partial summary judgment for that defendant. Case: Martinez v. 281 Broadway Holdings LLC, Nos. 2017-04471 and 2016-07259, 05/13/2020.
