The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has ordered a business in Chino, California, to reinstate a former manager who was fired for claiming the company’s production of flavored liquids for e-cigarettes violated federal environmental law.
Mr. Good Vape LLC was also ordered to pay the manager $110,000 in compensation.
The company may appeal the order to the Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges.
