Judge Pamela Foust will return to WorkCompSchool in Camarillo on June 20 with a continuing education seminar titled "Resolving California Liens - EAMS and All," WorkCompSchool announced Friday.Foust is a faculty member at WorkCompSchool and a frequent speaker about liens to California workers' compensation audiences around the state. She taught a three-course series at WorkCompSchool in 2007 and early 2008, before the state launched the Electronic Adjudication Management System, or EAMS.EAMS eliminated lien filing through the familiar EDEX system and replaced it with new filing procedures....
