Chiropractor Latest Arrest in $850K Kickback Scheme

New Jersey chiropractor Kesnold Baptiste, 50, of Roselle, is the latest to be arrested in a suspected fraud ring that funneled $850,000 in kickbacks to a medical imaging center, the state attorney general's office announced. Authorities accuse Baptiste of accepting tens of thousands of dollars in kickbacks from MRI facility owners Ata Chaudhry, 55, and Tariq Din, 48, both of Paramus, in exchange for patient referrals.
