Supreme Court Denies Review of Self-Represented Worker's Appeal

The California Supreme Court last week denied review of an injured worker's appeal from an order dismissing her claim petition due to multiple procedural defects. Anja Freeman alleges she injured her neck and shoulders in August 2000 during the course of her employment with the City of San Diego as an emergency medical technician. A workers' compensation judge denied her claim in June.
