The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has made an online form available for claimants to request mediation with an Alternative Dispute Resolution unit mediator.
The form allows users to specify when they would like the mediation to occur and which mediator they would like to work with. It also gives them the ability to view a calendar of their preferred mediator's appointments.
DLI rolled out the online form on Tuesday. Claimants who prefer to call can still request mediation by phone at 651-284-5005, and those who prefer to email can send a message to mediation.dli@...
