Worker Gets Summary Judgment on Labor Law Claim for Fall on Stairway

A New York appellate court upheld a grant of summary judgment to a construction worker for his injuries from a fall from the top step of a stairway leading to his elevated work area. Case: Rivas v. Nestle Realty Holding Co., No. 304599/15, 11/05/2020, published.
