Facts: Jessica Calloway worked for Plant Essentials Inc. She sought medical treatment in April 2019 for an injury to her right foot after a large plant cart rolled over it. X-rays revealed no fracture, and Calloway was diagnosed with a foot sprain.
Dr. Frederic Pollock prescribed physical therapy, which improved the range of motion, mobility and flexibility of Calloway’s foot.
