Judge: Passing of Williams a 'Great' Loss for Workers' Comp Community

Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commissioner Roger L. Williams died Tuesday following a lengthy battle with brain cancer, the commission said in a staff memorandum. “With his beautiful wife, Annie, at his side, day and night, he was so appreciative of everyone’s prayers, cards and support during his time of illness,” the memo states. “This is a very difficult time for Annie and their children, Matt and Lauren.
