Emergency rules requiring California employers to implement site-specific plans to protect workers from COVID-19 took effect at the start of the week, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health announced.
The Office of Administrative Law on Monday approved the emergency regulations that also require employers to provide workers with face coverings and correct unsafe or unhealthy conditions.
